XCENTRiC makes a bold return with his latest single ‘Get Down’, released via Droptone Records. The track is a high-impact blend of Afro-house rhythms, tech house grooves, and progressive energy, delivering a dizzying build and a heavy, hypnotic drop. Percussive, textured, and relentless, ‘Get Down’ captures the spirit of a packed dancefloor on the brink of collective release. It is a natural progression in XCENTRiC’s sound, urban, tribal, and unmistakably his own.
The Miami-based DJ and producer has been steadily carving his lane in the underground circuit. With more than 15 years of experience behind the decks across the U.S. and internationally, XCENTRiC first gained recognition for his live sets and custom edits before making his original production debut in 2022. Since then, he’s released acclaimed tracks such as ‘Exodus’, ‘NASA’, and ‘Rockstar’, and taken the stage at Miami Music Week 2025, supporting artists like ACRAZE. Now signed to Droptone Records, he also heads up his own imprint, XCENTRiC RECORDS, which champions emerging talent from the underground electronic scene.
Reflecting on ‘Get Down’ XCENTRiC explains:
