ADDKT has released his new single, ‘Rockin Wit Da Beat,’ now available on all major platforms. Building on his debut, ‘Rave Inc.,’ this track marks a departure from his previous work as xthirtythree and Cosmic Sunset. Drawing on classical training, early rock-metal, 80s pop, and a passion for bassline and house music, ADDKT creates a sound defined by heavy basslines, tribal percussion, breakbeats, and ambient textures influenced by African, Brazilian, and global music. The name ADDKT reflects his experiences with ADD and addiction, using rhythm as emotional release and a way to unite listeners.

The track centers on a UK bassline and breakbeat groove, with deep, rolling low-end holding everything together. Syncopated break patterns give it sharp energy, creating tension and release in classic breakbeat style. Chant-driven vocal hooks are made for crowd participation and those shared moments during late-night sets. Brassy sections add a fresh twist to the genre, experimental yet tasteful. While these touches might not fit with other artists, ADDKT’s production skills make them work, adding warmth.

This music resonates deepest with misfits and neurodivergent souls who discover their true belonging in the pulse of the bass and the freedom of the rave, far from the routines of daily life. ADDKT is carving out his place in the UK underground bass scene, seeking DJ support, club play, and a vibrant community that thrives on shared energy.
